I started out January 20th 2025 at 314.7 pounds and got down in 7 months to 185.2 pounds. It's been a crazy ride and it's been tough but very much worth every ounce of effort. Rich helped me out a lot with helping me get my macros in the beginning right. I was good on keeping my protien intake at about a gram per pound but I was severely underrating fats and it not only effected my performance but mentality. He helped me change some food groups to get that fixed and I took off after that. I also had issues with working out as the weight dropped off of me cause something no one talks about when yoy lose some serious poundage is how you literally get more ROM and angles will change when you don't have all that fat getting in the way. Rich helped me with changing up some exercising or different techniques to better suit how my body was changing and it made a world of difference on my gains and especially on saving my already fucked up joints from any further damage caused by my morbid obesity. I genuinely can say this was life saving because at the start I was literally told that my weight was killing me and that my doctor didn't know if my heart could take anymore of my extreme weight. I had a resting heart rate in the 190s and a blood pressure so high it would make the machines flash red warning signs cause I was on the verge of a heart attack just sitting down. Now after loosing the weight I have a life again and do the things I love, ( not looking like the fat guy from the original jurassic park movie is also a pretty big plus ) genuinely can't say this enough thank you man you have helped me get my life back and now all I gotta do is get to building to hit my goal of 200 pounds lean. With all the support and comradery here I don't see it being to difficult. Below imma post the before after thus far.
